Mellow out Monday August 3

Welcome to Mellow Out Monday! For a Monday, I must admit it's pretty calm here in the office so far. Now that we've hit August, I can feel that back to school feeling in the air and the energy that comes with it. Soon our office will be hopping! I picked this particular picture because it makes me think of a leisurely bicycle ride through a park or campus - very back to school-esque.

Mellow out Monday

Mondays can be crazy and stressful. It can be so hard to get back into the work week. So, take a moment to mellow out.....



My husband and I are very lucky to be so close to the beach - so for us, this mellow out is a no-brainer. But most days, a journey to the beach just isn't so easy to fit our busy schedules. Sometimes, just taking a moment to breathe and reflect can do the trick.
